They sent details through email & text, collected car, took pics (incase of damage), very polite, gave contact details, explained the process, and phoned me after their standard safety inspection to update me on work needed doing and was able to do the work i had booked in and priced the extra work over the phone, fair and reasonable prices, no hard sales, and a very quick turnaround, quicker & better costs than local garages, will recommend.

I am very happy with the work carried out. I had no contact with the mechanic but the driver was so friendly and professional. He was very reassuring too as he took my car away when I was expecting the work to be done on my drive. He kept me up to date with information and was very prompt in getting my car back again.
