Ford B-Max Car Won't Start Inspection

Mike didn't turn up to complete the job.
At the last minute I got a textvto say he was no longer available. So we ordered the part ourselves and completed the job however it appears that maybe it was wrongly diagnosed.
Where I gave 5 stars for Mike and how he was initially I am disappointed that I was let down in the end therefore I am still without a car.

Hi Fionnuala,
I do apologise about having to cancel unfortunately i had a family emergency which was quite an urgent matter,
However i definitely did try to call but it went to voicemail so i message through click mechanic to ensure you definitely knew i wasn't going to make it so you weren’t waiting around for me.
I did also pass the job back to click mechanic in hopes they would be able to arrange another mechanic to come and help you with the issue so you weren’t stranded.
I really am sorry that I wasnt able to help on this occasion and hope you give me another shot in the future to make it up to you.
