This was for glow plugs replacement which became problematical with one snapping (not unexpectedly) and therefore needed specialist extraction.
They kept in touch with timing and costs which was very good.
Also, as the car needed to be kept for a few days, some important contents in the car were delivered back next day for me to use.
I'm happy with everything and excellent service.
