John did all he could to try and resolve my issue, but due to prior work done by another mechanic he was unable to carry out the job I requested. I'd still highly recommend him as he knew exactly what the underlying problem was within the first few minutes of the job.

Paid a crazy amount for no work carried out and just advised to buy some grease.
