John got on with the diagnostic, about 15 minutes later he got a result from his computer, he pointed out the problem and put me in the picture as to what the problem was. He couldnt fix it there and then as a part was required. Hopefully he will be back soon to fix the problem.

John sorted the problem with my wing mirror. He did a good job and explained the process to me in clear terms. He checked that the mirror glass was angled correctly. All done!

I was very impressed with John's attitude and knowledge. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. He was on time and I did not feel rushed. He even advised regards assistance with insurance and my son's black box, which was stuck to the battery. Cost was given at the time and due to my detailed symptoms before hand the mechanic brought a new battery with him so was all ready to install! Would recommend to others. Very good service.

Never used Clickmechanic before but won't hesitate to use it again after using their service for a pre-sale inspection. My assigned mechanic (John) was faultless. Called me before viewing the vehicle for some background information and then called me mid-inspection with a very detailed update. John was pleasant and knowledgable and gave me an honest and informative opinion and follow up report that stopped me from throwing away several thousand pounds on a vehicle that was identified by John as being a poorly repaired accident damaged vehicle which had not been disclosed by the seller. Waste of £47 for 15 minutes attendance as he ran diagnostics but still couldn't give us a definitive answer what was wrong with the car. The fault code given was useless as all it pointed out was an electrical fault which was already obvious.Advised to take to main dealer.
Took car to garage (not main dealer) they ran diagnostics again and found the fault code straight away (another £50) & they are fixing it on Tuesday.
I will not be using this service again

John did a good job, fixed the fault at no extra cost to me and was extremely knowledgeable with a very pleasant manner

John was really heplful and gave me some good advice over the phone which saved me some money.

I would recommend this sevice as reliable and quick to fix the problem I had with my suspansion leg.
