They were several hours late. I thought I’d booked a mechanic and made it clear in my notes what car I had and what I needed help with. They thought they were here to remap my car. They were very polite and friendly, but not what I’d paid for - I thought I was going to get help diagnosing ignition issues. They showed up 3 hours late and left within 5 mins. Total waste of my time and money.
