Didn't offer a resolution to the issue which was discovered on the diagnostics.

I've not used Click Mechanic before and had I known the mechanic was way out of my area I would not have used them. When looking at the area covered by the mechanic who took the job I am not even close to the areas covered. I had a service and MOT. I had a phone call to say that my car had failed and needed some work doing. bearing in mind my car is not within easy reach how could I refuse? When I got the car back it only had 11 miles of diesel left in it. It left me with over a 1/4 tank. I've got an MOT pass certificate but no fail. I've checked online and there is no fail showing. I'm not doubting the work was done, but I'm confused as to why I was told it had failed and needed work doing when no MOT fail can be seen. Also, I've noticed that my car is now using a LOT more diesel than when it went away. This could be an effect of being driven back to the point of 11 miles of fuel. But as I am disabled I am now having to save up to get it looked at by a local garage to make sure nothing untoward is happening. Overall I'm disappointed in the service I have received and if asked I am unable to recommend click mechanic as a service due to having no control over who takes the job, how local they are, and the way in which the car was delivered back with virtually no fuel in.
