Our mechanic, Jack, arrived well within the arranged slot. He was friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. The work was done quickly, with a minimum of fuss and no drama. I would recommend Jack without hesitation or reservation.

Jack was friendly and approachable. He arrived on time and ran me through the details of the parts that were being installed. After the work was done he went through usage of the car to wear the brakes back in efficiently and had sanitised the inside where he’d touched. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

My first dealing with clickmechanic and sadly, a waste of time and probably money.
My mechanic diagnosed the fault but then said he was unable to repair it and I would have to go to a main dealer who no doubt will charge me again for their own diagnosis.
I could only recommend the company for relatively simple issues.

This was Jack's second visit to replace a split radiator hose which he reported on a couple of days ago.He is a friendly, good humoured guy who kept me informed and arrived on time. He worked quickly and efficiently and I am delighted with his work. Without doubt, I will be using Jack in the future.
