Tarquin is capable and knowledgeable . My problem is not the DPF nor displays a fault code so will ask Toyota.

Jamie was opened and transparent with the job. He explained what he has to do, and went about it. I am however not very pleased that my old part was taken away despite paying for the new one, even though he explained, but not familiar with such.

Better than 10 stars!! Quoted £1200 plus recovery by Vauxhall. Was nervous about Click Mechanic sounded too good to be true.. in this case it wasn’t!! £400 quoted including recovery and free return delivery! From start to finish literally everything was perfect and seemless. Had a slot confirmed for the very next day, had multiple helpful reassuring texts. Driver arrived exactly as said. Perfectly polite and helpful, car was fixed and returned within a few hours. Unbelievable service! If only every business operated as honestly and efficiently as Reading Auto and Click Mechanic. And the price including parts was incredible. And I then received offers for a £25 MOT! I have already recommended other people and will ALWAYS use this service and garage again and again. I booked for my elderly Mum. She was treated with absolute care and kindness. You’ve made what was a nightmare trying to find a garage (all had 2/3 week waiting lists and rip off prices) just as easy as a few quick clicks. And payment wasn’t taken until after the work so was completely safe. I would rate this business and service 100%. I have never been this impressed. Thank you !

My booking was for 8am to 10am they made contact 10.10am and was brothers mechanic who talk with me was very polite. I was a bit unhappy they didn't do repair where I lived anyway they took my car to the garage left another car. Job took 2hrs very happy. Will go back and try mot and service when needed.
