It was a reasonable diagnosis but couldn’t be specific which didn’t help for a further booking to get the issue fixed.

I think there was a bit of a language barrier but I'm afraid I found the communication both on the phone and face to face quite difficult. The mechanic came across as a bit abrupt. I also realised the day after that the mechanic had dragged his jack across my driveway leaving marks in the tarmac. There were also piles of dust left on the driveway, which were from the old brakes I'm guessing. Just all felt like there was not great attention to detail and a lack of respect or care for my property, which left me wondering about the quality of the actual job I had asked to be done on the car. I had booked the job for 8-10 in the morning but obtaining the parts seemed to cause a problem and I received a message, on the day at 7:55am, to say he would get the parts by 2pm. He had phoned me late in the day the day before to check the model of the car so I think he left everything a bit late. He eventually turned up at 2:45pm on the day, luckily it was a day when I was able to work all day from home, but I did have to make rearrangements. So at the very best he was almost 5 hours late. In summary, the task itself was carried out, but all other aspects of the job were disappointing. I've used ClickMechanic once before and been happy with the work but this has rather shaken my confidence.

Shamshad was both friendly and knowledgable. He provided clear and useful information about the job in hand, keeping me fully up to date with progress, and was flexible around arrangements for pick-up and delivery. I'd recommend him.

The car was done very quickly as well and they spared a lot of their time to communicate with me about various issues with the car that was booked in and also my other car as well. Worked so hard and even came back at 9pm to fit the battery so that we could have the car the next day.

Craig was great.He arrived slightly early which was good.The car had an immobiliser problem.Craig did a check with an electrical meter,and reset the immobiliser.My partner dealt with him.I did nor see him personally but my partner told me what he had done.He saw to the problem in no time. Thanks Craig.

Great work. Azhar was really professional and helpful! So worth the money and so glad I used click mechanic to get peace of mind for the car I was looking at buying. Azhar spotted faults and I didn’t end up buying the car which I’m so glad I didn’t now in hindsight.
