Ricky was superb. Great service and good price. I needed to add a few extra dates when making the original booking but once that was ironed out Ricky made contact to confirm the booking and was able to attend a week earlier than originally agreed Ricky did a great job - replacing brake pads & discs outside the house. He was on time and called to confirm he was on his way. The work was done quickly and well within the timeframe provided. A great service and would recommend

I posted a job for a clutch replacement on my 2012,  Peugeot 3008, and Mohamed quoted for the job, I accepted the quote, as I thought it was a good price. The clutch had burnt out and the car was not drivable, so my car had to be collected, and uplifted for recovery to Mohamed's. When the collection driver arrived he was very courteous, he collected the car keys, I offered to pay then, but he refused, he said he would collect payment when he had completed the job, which I must say he did very quickly with care and efficiency, I then paid as I had agreed, the collection would have been free, had the car been drivable. Mohamed did a brilliant job, he kept me informed with photos and videos as the job progressed, the job was not as straight forward as in might have been, due to the age of the car there was some corrosion in the Sub Frame, which Mohamed showed me, and despite the added work welding etc, he never charged me extra for it. I was very grateful to him when on one videos he showed me that the flywheel had some play in it, while not stopping the fitting of the new clutch, it could have caused me a problem down the line, I immediately authorised the fitting of the new flywheel, which, had I thought about it before hand, I would have originally requested it with the clutch. The car now drives like a new vehicle, I'm very happy indeed with the work carried out by Mohamed, his communication was first rate throughout my dealings with him, and at all times he was courteous, and polite, well a very pleasant man, easy to get on with. I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend him to anyone, and indeed to use him myself when the need arises.

Couldn’t have had a nicer mechanic! Problem was fixed with skill and ease. Ellis kept me updated with his progress and gave me tips on how to maintain my vans engine.

Kept me updated of his arrival time. Was friendly and done a great job. Took his time to make sure was done to a high standard

James and Mike (he told me his name, yay), did an awesome job today. James had a niggling feeling about the fault and in true blue style found the answer in the fuel line after having to start bleeding the fuel back through the lines, which if you know is not a very nice job. The car is now running and has a bandage (true) on it until James and possibly Mike will come back to replace the old pipe line (pinhole found leaking air into the low pressure side, very hard to find unless you have a mouthful of diesel in your mouth . . .). Brilliant, well done lads and see you again very soon.

Serghei was great. On time and new exactley what was wrong after a discussion on issues.

Friendly guy but think I was hugely overcharged and the problem isn’t fixed. It was fast but not the quality I would expect for the cost. It is still making a noise. Overall disappointed with the result and how much I was charged for it.

Cameron was excellent, the only thing he could not do was to reset the service interval. He told me that if I get it done elsewhere he would refund the cost - can’t be fairer than that.

Nathan was excellent, completed the pre-purchase inspection very promptly and was very happy to discuss items on the report further once I had received it.

I needed my DPF filter doing on my car and had various quotes. Just to diagnose the fault I was being asked for £125 and then anything from another £475 to £1000 to cure the fault! I found Click Mechanic. I was very wary at first as I had to agree for Click Mechanic to hold the fee £217.00 through the bank with my card details. Also a stranger/mechanic would pick up my car and bring it back to me after the repair. The mechanic came at the agreed pick up time and took the car away. He called me from the garage to give me the diagnosed fault. I was a bit on edge as I had no idea where my car was. A few of hours later the mechanic called to say he was on his way back. I have to say the mechanic was helpful and friendly. After logging back onto Click Mechanic my invoice was there with photos of the work being carried out. So all of my fears were irrelevant, I would definitely use Click Mechanic again

Work was carried out very well and in good time also give some good feedback on future work that he had observed whilst doing the job but the arrangement of date and time was abit Inconvenient

James was really efficient and friendly and I was so grateful that he was available to fix my car on a bank holiday Monday.

Paul was excellent showed me the the condition of the part before changing and offered advice on running the car in, check coolant etc
