The person who collected my car did not even speak just took the car keys and then left even though I tried to engage in a conversation. They did send me text messages to say that they had found issues with the car but these didn't feel very personal ( maybe a phone call would have been better). They did what I paid for and I was happy with what they did do. They then dropped the car off and handed me the report and keys and left. My husband managed to chase them and ask them if they were going to speak about the car but they just left. Maybe this is a personal preference but I will not get them to take the car again. The last time we had James and he had great personal communication skills and we knew what was happening at all times maybe this was because he did the work at out house.

Excellent service throughout. Communication before pick up was made and the mechanic arrived at the time stated. Work was carried out as planned without any issues. Promptly returning the car in a matter of hours.

Arrived early which wasn't a problem. Checked ok before bringing van onto drive. Pleasant and courteous. Got straight on with job, advised of small issue which would lead to a slightly higher charge before going ahead. Finished job in a good time. Need to bed brakes in properly but feels fine so far.

Darren was very professional and friendly clear and precise. My car needed replacement windshield wipers which I gave the go ahead for.

Very happy with the customer service and very happy with how quickly they replaced my water pump and timing belt. I was really worried about this as I have had bad experiences in the past with other garages. I will definitely be returning to them in the future.

Very helpful, and the work appears to be 100%. However, I do have one concern. My car is about 14yrs old, and that age, the only way to get a reasonable price is if the car has a full MOT and a history of being kept in good repair; regular service etc. The car's MOT runs out towards the end of the year, so once it has a new MOT my plan is to sell it. Therefore, the one thing missing is a written record of the work done on the car, including a new clutch. I have contacted the garage which did the work, and according to them, it is not their responsibility to send a full invoice; according to the garage, the responsibility of providing a full invoice, showing what work has been carried out is the responsibility of ClickMechanic. Therefore, it would be much appreciated if your office could email a written invoice, showing what work was done.

Fantastic: open, upfront and honest. I booked an expensive timing chain replacement when all I needed were new spark plugs and coil packs. Where other mechanics would have charged me for both, Road Angels were honest and efficient, making sure only the necessary repairs were made and paid for. Would highly recommend them to others!

Ben was fantastic, he even tried to save me money by letting me know that the car should still be under the manufacturers warranty which I did enquire to but unfortunately it did not pan out. After asking Ben for a quote for the works I very quickly got a response and arranged for the works to be done. Some mishaps occurred through no fault to Ben he completed the works and even did my tyre pressure for me. All ready for the MOT. Thank you Ben.

I waited from 4pm-6pm,missing my dinner, not able to do anything incase I missed him. No one called or texted to say they would be late, until I complained, then I got a call at 6.30pm,from the mechanic saying they would be another hour. Two chaps turned up, I know it's not their fault but I couldn't understand a word he said, so didn't know what was going on, I left them to do the job they came for. After half an hour I went out, they were packing away saying they've finished. And then told me I needed over more than £600 worth of repairs, even though the parts only cost just over £200! The money was taken straight away out of my account, before they'd even finished the job. I saved that money over 2 months to get the work done, because of being on disability benefits, and am now thinking I've got to sell the car, I can't afford another £600, if I'd of known this I wouldn't of had these repairs done. So no I'm not happy, I've just wasted nearly £300 on a car I can't use!! Awful communication, awful timing and awful outcome. Very very disappointed.

McKenzie gave perfect service. Needed my rear coil spring and abs sensor replaced and was done within the next day. Would recommend highly to anybody. Thank you
