Francis was punctual and polite. He connected my car to the diagnostic system and confirmed that the issue was with my Headlamp Leveling Control Module Front Axle Sensor. The job took no more than 10 minutes. However, what confused me was that he did not offer furter repair even though ClickMechanic site offers range of repairs one way or another. I was advised to take my car to "any good garage" where they will be able to replace this sensor for me. Not sure how today's exercise helps me - if I took the car to the garage originally they would also diagnose the issue, so from my point of view it was a waste of time and £65

It was easy to arrange and it was efficient and the review came back that everything was fine, so I went ahead and bought the car. That same day, the check engine light went on and the car needs a ton of repairs. Now I am battling with the dealer who just keeps saying “your mechanic checked it out and okayed it”. Your service was a waste of money for me.
