Kyriacos was really good, great communication and went the extra mile to ensure that any concerns we may have had were reviewed and resolved. Highly recommend and will certainly be more than comfortable working Kyriacos in the future.

Shane was efficient and carried out the objective with no issues. Unfortunately there is an additional issue that's required. He explained and justified the issue with honest conviction. I'm an engineer myself and can appreciate clarity when its required. He was a pleasant person and good to deal with. Definitely recommend him...I don't recommend people unless they have substance. If you want someone who comes across unphased and honest he's the mechanic you want.

Nathan was brilliant, he diagnosed the problem very efficiently and this has enabled me to look at prices for a repair. He was also very friendly and made me feel at ease whilst working on the car.

Knowledgeable and friendly and honest. Explained to me what was wrong with my car to me in a way I understood and was honest in telling me it was not worth replacing a sensor till the other issues are fixed and refunded me for that instead of doing it anyway. Would definitely use again

Danny was fab. Has done a great job and was speedy, professional and even let me wash my alloys whilst waiting to put them back on again after fitting the coil springs. Would recommend Danny to anyone needing work done on their cars without an issue. Top notch service and will definitely use again.

I haven't driven the car yet but I was booked in for all brake discs and pads to be changed. There was a fault I was unaware of which Andrew pointed out and explained well. He didn't do the back brakes as these need doing after fault fixed. He could have replaced them and taken the money but he was very honest. I would book him again.

Chris was friendly and knew what he was doing, found where leak was coming from, got the correct part but had to get an adaptor as an extra for the thermostat housing, showed me the old one where it had been leaking, had to take most of the bonnet out to get to it, all went back OK and so far no more losing coolant, job well done and pleased with.

Mechanic was polite on time and kept us informed worked well and safely cleaned up work area

I bought an old VW Polo and needed both the clutch and cambelt replaced. Local garages were quoting in the region of £850 whereas clickmechanic came in at £730. I read a few reviews, all of which were very positive, so decided to give it a chance. Theuns was great..he messaged me shortly after the booking to introduce himself and let me know what time to expect him. He arrived on time, got straight on with the work, and explained everything to me afterwards in very simple terms. I would 100% use this service again and will request Theuns for all future bookings. 5 star service all round, very highly recommended.

So, mixed feelings about this review. I moved house and must find a new mechanic to run MOT + service. And I found this new way to service, which I found amazing. But they failed my MOT because the plate light wasn't working and charged me £90 pounds to change the plate light. - Of course, I rejected it and took it to my previous mechanic (wasting my time, because it's 1 hour from my new place now), who charged me £5 pounds, and it took 1 minute for them to replace it. - I am not giving a lower rating because they offer to re-run the MOT test for free. But besides that, I am not taking my car back again, which doesn't make sense to charge £90 pounds to change a plate light. - The mechanic said click mechanic sets the pricing. And I tried to reach out to Click Mechanic, but there is no customer service. So, I am not using again Click Mechanic and also Reyaz.
