A highly recommended mechanic more than happy to use him again he had a great understanding of my needs and the situation with regards to my car asked him a few questions I’m not related to the repair but was happy to answer and provide his professional opinion

Very happy with Dan , couple of things , I couldn’t get my window to close on the drivers side properly after dans visit , he did come back but is still playing up so I’m in Mercedes’ having an mot done & they will look at it . It has always closed & opened when you open the door before the battery was connected

I had a functioning car, now it’s sitting in the driveway and unable to go to work. I was assigned a mechanic where you can read about reputation and reviews but was sent a different one to work on the job. They’ve spent more than 5 hours and 4 hours of that is spent on the rear driver side. No issue reported until the end of the job which according to them was a previous fault. They could not do anything as everything was closed by the end of the day. Not happy. They said they would come back the next morning at around 11. Received a notification that I was billed for a done job. At 11.30 no sight of them. Sent a message. No reply. Waited patiently. Phoned them at 14.30 only to tell me that they could not do it on that day. Wasted time. No car to use for work. Frustrating. Never using this service again.
