Honda Jazz MOT with collection & delivery

Communication not satisfactory. I should have been given the results of the full service BEFORE the MOT inspection so that I could authorize remedial ACTION so that it would pass first time. Instead I was told that it had failed the MOT and had to ask why.

Following the full service on your vehicle, we called to inform you about issues that could impact the MOT results and awaited your authorization for remedial work. Unfortunately, we received no response until 1 hour and 40 minutes later, by which time the MOT had already been completed and the vehicle had not passed. When we were finally able to connect with you, our colleague was met with shouting, which is not acceptable.
We make every effort to communicate clearly and involve our customers in the decision-making process. However, timely responses are essential for us to carry out necessary work within schedule.
Additionally, we expect mutual respect during all interactions. Shouting at our team is not acceptable, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior. We are committed to providing high-quality service and professional conduct, and we ask the same from our customers.

Volkswagen Golf Full Service

Front Driver side shock absorber and rear Brake pads replacement

Mr Jafary did an excellent job of getting all the work done required to pass the MOT within a day. The collect and return is also an excellent service.
Only downside was communication with the mechanic and driver which could have been a lot better. Unfortunately I also received a warning notice from Southampton City Council on the evening the car was returned - a Penalty Charge Notice for 'using a route restricted to certain vehicles (local buses, cycles and taxis only)

MINI Mini Timing chain replacement

Mustafa was very knowledgeable and changed the Cam chain on our Mini with competence. He was also very helpful in addressing another problem that we had with the Mini and sent a video link explaining why it was happening. We are considering using him for future work, even though our local garage is close by, because we have been so pleased with the overall experience with the Mini. Thanks so much again!
