After the service, my body cover was left loose. Coolant, engine oil and water were not topped up but keeping it to minimum. Not happy with the service and the provider.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the service was completed on 9th March, and the review was left on 11th May, more than two months later. At the time of the service, all checks were completed, including an oil change and a final inspection by both our mechanic and inspection team before the vehicle was returned.
As the concerns regarding fluid levels were raised over two months after the service, it would not accurately reflect the condition of the vehicle at the time the work was completed. Fluid levels can naturally change over time depending on vehicle usage and driving conditions.
We do respectfully feel that it would have been better to contact us directly before leaving negative feedback, as we are always happy to help, inspect the vehicle, and resolve any concerns where possible. We work hard to provide a professional service to all our customers and appreciate fair and constructive communication.

This is 2nd time best!
I am not sure what happened to my door handles from outside - it feels a bit loose after MOT/ Full service but they are not falling out of the socket. I wanted to ask the CM engineer but worried about getting further charged for calling out. I would be grateful if someone could kindly look into and just reassure me.

Could not fault the service - arrived in the time window in the morning, great communication, when there was something that needed doing to pass the mot, managed to source a part on the weekend and get it completed, and then delivered home with all paperwork.
