Richard was great. I am really happy with the work he did to my car. He changed the brake pads quickly and efficiently.

Richard was indeed friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately my car had broken down the day before and Richard couldn't work on it and obviously i wasn't going to have the service done at that time. He did give me some good advice on what to do next however.
