Richard was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He came to the house at 8am ( for 8 - 10am) slot. I had my rear disc and brake pads changed on my Skoda. He answered all my queries.

I was very happy with Richard the mechanic, his personality, his punctuality, his knowledge, his comms. I would say that £90 is a bit steep if the mechanic can't fix the problem.
