Richard was great. Car now working. He was efficient and on time and I had a good laugh when he found out one of the problems, ie salami in the engine oil filler hole! Also chewed wiring on the camshaft position sensor. Must have been a rat!

Richard arrived at the agreed time and replaced my rear brake pads in about 45 minutes. He took the time to show me the old pads and discussed how worn they were and how he'd used his specialised electronic device to interface with the cars computer to adjust the electronic handbrake.
I'd recommend anyone else to use Richard, and I'm sure I will the next time my car needs attention.
