Aron was fantastic..was diagnostic not work, next time…but i prefer not t have car issues haha

They were very good - no problems at all. Diagnosis was very quick and accurate.

They appear knowledgeable but didn’t carry out any work. The mechanic turned up later than expected and when he did he advised that more work will be required not just what I advised.He gave a quote which I wasn’t prepared to pay so I decided not to carry on with the job.Now,he’s charging me call out fee.It was his choice not to carry out the job and shouldn’t have charged any fee.I am still disputing it

Both really good and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. The only thing is they never mentioned additional costs and didn’t give me a total bill until it came through on email after they left. I’m not sure if the pre authorisation is included in the total bill or extra?
