Both really good and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. The only thing is they never mentioned additional costs and didn’t give me a total bill until it came through on email after they left. I’m not sure if the pre authorisation is included in the total bill or extra?

I am sorry but the diagnosis was incorrect the mechanic said that it was a problem with the ECU. I had to get the local garage out and straight away they said that the van had two batteries, went straight to the second battery that was located in the foot well and found the battery had failed and replaced it.
So I paid £88.00 for nothing!

Aaron was very helpful told me the problem and gave me all the options available to me. Very friendly and polite
