Told me all about the work that was done, when it would be finished and delivered earlier than expected, very pleased.

Very happy with the replacement clutch and the friendliness/professionalism of the mechanics. They completed the job quickly and tidily and even wiped up a coffee cup.

Darren was very polite and friendly, although when the job been done, he didn't wanted to go for extra mile. After alternator replacement, he didn't make sure that "alternator error" on car system (computer) is removed, which is very important to double check at all times. Also, didn't get all promised "car checks" by ClickMechanic, as technicians just / only replaced the alternator.

Lee was very concise in his assessment and proved to be very helpful.

The mechanic was very knowledgeable about BMW cars which made me feel at ease.

The issue was sorted out and my car is now running as good as before.
