Lee carried out the work at a very high standard. Lee's customer service is to be noted as excellent. His work matches his customers skills. I would happily have lee work on all my vehicles and family vehicles when the need arises. Communication with Darren (MD) also excellent..

Darren was brilliant ,I'm not 100% sure what was wrong with my car. It had been into a garage for 2 weeks and they found nothing wrong. Darren showed me the old parts id asked him to change and explained why this probably was the issue causing the problems. Also he gave me advise on any further work they my need doing if turns out not to cure the problem.
Darren was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.

Darren was very knowledgable and already had an idea of what was wrong with my car before inspecting it. After he checked it, he explained what was wrong and the solution for it. He gave me the best advice for my car.

Darren was very good and we are completely satisfied with his work.

Unfortunately the mechanic was late by almost two hours which meant I had to change my plans and could not be present while they were working. This made for a stressful experience. I'm unsure how the quality turned out. The mechanic told me more work needed to be done and when I said I didn't want the additional work, he voided my warranty on the work completed. I really like the idea of this service but unfortunately this experience means I will not recommend it to anyone or use the service again. I do hope it improves in future.

Darren turned up this morning, got on with the job, actually gave me a handy tip about something else. Couldn't be happier, would definitely have him round to do more work. Excellent service. Thanks
