He seemed friendly enough as he took my £60 for 2 minutes work! I only spoke to him via my mobile as he turned up at 10am Monday when he should have arrived at 5pm that evening!
Fortunately my son was at home and he called me.
Then quoted me £507 to replace the alternator, which I found out is way over the top..
All this after your website said he will be there Saturday although they don't work at the weekend!
Needless to say I wont be using your website again

Darren was excellent. He found the fault within a very short period of time and my car is back up and running. He was delayed on a prior call out, so was considerably later than the time frame booked, which is why I cannot give him 5 stars for punctuality. However, that was not his fault and he did let me know.

I was assigned a mechanic named Darren. However, after calling him it was clear that he had been booked but unable to do the job.
He was very apologetic and made sure he invoiced me very quickly to show no work had been done.
Apart from my phone call with Darren the whole experience has been shocking and very disappointing.
The fact I have been asked how was the work carried out is a bit of a joke.
