Very happy with the two mechanics that came out to do the work on my vehicle. Showed me the old part. Highly recommended. Easy process. Gave me good advice regarding other parts to my vehicle. Also they use genuine parts and not the rubbish some companies use. 10/10.

Good review and made me avoid buying the car in the end. Possibly saved me a lot of money. Only reason for quality/value being marked down by 1 point is I'm not convinced it takes 2 hours to carry out the job.

Two mechanics turned up just before 2 pm and gone just after 2.30 . I was charged for 3.2 hours. Extra work was done over and above the original service, a fuel filter which has to be ordered extra as it isn't included in a service and a diagnostic check which took 5 or 6 minutes. I was charged 0.9 hours for the fuel filter and 0.9 hours for the diagnostic check. When I queried this I was told this is the normal charge from click mechanic. I feel the final bill was excessive, nearly twice the quote. The fuel filter was done at the same time as the service as was the diagnostic.
