First time I've used ClickMechanic, what a fabulous idea. Knowing I needed a new clutch I put details on CM on the thursday night, got quoted a competitive price there and then: on Saturday Kyle picked the car up from my home at the time he said he would, it came back fixed at the quoted price later that day, he had even fixed a problem he'd found at not a penny more. ClickMechanic rocks!

Kyle was fantastic he was knowledgeable, professional, he listened to me and carried our a major service to my car at my place of work, he was friendly and has a garage near where i live so i will defiantly be recommending him to friends and family, and to top it all the price was really reasonable.

On time and fast. Couldn't fit his van into underground car park but was still done and dusted in less than 30 mins.

All my issues seem to be with ClickMechanic and not the mechanic himself. However, I hope he has learned how terrible Click Mechanic's communication is and then decides either to carry on with them and address some of their shortfalls before starting the work, or quit with them.
