I have booked for 6-8 pm time slot. When collecting the car, he came on particular time slot. While dropping off, he called me and told me there by 4:30-5pm. I told him not to come by that time as I cannot leave office early and suggest him to either come next day or come at a later point of time . So he asked me for any neighbour to handover the car key.As I have no one there to collect keys I strictly says no and told him I will reach home by 5:30. I reached home by 5:30 pm and I found out he parked the car in the parking and left without giving back by car key. It was very annoying. He was not even bothered to inform me when he is going to return my car key. Next day he came and return my car key. he told me that he serviced the car. I asked about car wash ( as it was not done). Will defintely be using this mechanic again. Explained in laymans terms what was going on and was very patient. No excuses and no waffle when one approach didn't work.

I was so fed up with dealing with unreliable mechanics, so I decided to try Click Mechanic. Booking was easy, the mechanic was a great guy and knew exactly what he was doing. Job couldn't be completed at home but he took the car back to his garage, carried out the work and brought my car back to my door. Excellent service.

One time he was so late that we had to cancel, the other time he didn't show up and today I'm still waiting for him to arrive when I booked a slot for 'first thing' today
