It seems to be ok although he had vehicle for six hours before contacting me to let me know it needed something else which i wasnt to happy about as it was an extra charge in reality i believe a good mechanic would have know this when taking vehicle apart so basicly i didnt need a clutch although he fitted one i just needed a replacement slave cylinder so a bill of £375 for the clutch was unnessercery when job could have been done for £120

Quite impressed at the quality and speed of the job. I felt maybe could have had a small percentage off the overall charge as I had other stuff done but quality and service was at a high standard. I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10.

I am impressed with the work carried out since I was a bit skeptical in letting any mechanic repair my car, considering I usually deal with Mercedes garage directly. Surprisingly the mechanic who visited was very equipped and experience, just like any employee of mercedes or better, the only difference is the brand name. The convenience of watching my car being repaired in my premisses without a mess, gives me the opportunity to watch the work being done on my car and the type of parts used. The work and part are guaranteed for a year which gives me an accomplished rest of mind. I have also recommended click mechanic to friends and family.

Kyle is an honest reliable mechanic. A hassle free easy transaction. Very happy with the service. Was a bit worried using an online service that I would get cheated and loose my money. But I would honestly recommend Click a Mechanic to anyone, it was easy to use the site and got an immediate quote. Within 2hrs they had found me a mechanic who had accepted my job. Arranged a call out, but unfortunately when he came out, my car problem was not able to be fixed at home. So he took it into his workshop at no extra cost. Today I had my car dropped off to me. Great Job! Friendly, reliable and efficient work.

The whole experience was excellent. The booking was simple, and detailed. I knew exactly what to expect. Kyle, the mechanic was prompt and kept me informed. The clutch replacement was completed in a few hours. Other companies estimated 2 _3 days to find s slot and refused to do the work on a weekend . Totally happy, will certainly keep tnis mechanic.

Good service

Very disappointed with the whole experience. My Van was booked for roadside repair, which never took place. Was delayed by one day and was told the Van needs to go to the garage. They could not fix the new bearings saying the bearings were seized and its going to cost another £360 more. I took the hubs to my local garage and they pressed it out in less than 5minutes. I think the whole thing is a con. I will never recommend ClickMechanic to any known sole. I guess I almost got robbed by the garage.
