Thanks to ClickMechanic for this amazing opportunity to short my problem via Noman and his team from Advanced Mot & Service Ltd. Was in a typical position to take my car to the garage. I would also like to thanks to the Sam who used his efforts to pick my car up to his Van with minimal damage due to the car was without suspension in the front driver side. Everything shorted within a day. Of course it was a massive cost all of sudden however I am happy to get back on road again. Thank you all. Will definitely recommend Noman and his team and ClickMechanic too.

Noman booked the car for Friday and then called to say he couldn’t do it as didn’t have the parts. I agreed Monday would be fine. Monday morning no call or collection between 8-10, so I called just after 10am to find out what’s going on. He said he was running late and would be over about 11.15. When Noman collected the car I ask if you could check for the knocking noise - he said no problem. When he brought the car back he said there were two issues and I asked if he could send the details across so I could show my husband. He said no problem would send a quote. He quoted for the wrong work - work that had already been carried out three weeks before by another click mechanic person. I told him the quote was wrong and could he send across the correct one, he said fine and then nothing. I messaged him a few times along with customer support. He finally answered when the customer support threatened to suspend his account. He now can’t remember the issue and has said I will need to book in for a diagnostic - with him no chance. I will be going outside of click mechanic for this as I have no faith in the company. Read more
