Diesel service. Norman turned up promptly in the morning and took the car away, delivered it back in the afternoon. All good.

Noman was a knowledgeable chap did a speedy great job car collected from my home and delivered back a couple of hours later.

10-12 slot booked for pick up, arrived about 12:10. Told I would get car back by 4pm, returned home about 6:10pm.
Job was to change brake pads and the job was done. I've no issues with the work and communication was good. Would use again.

I had booked MOT and full servicing for my car. Whole process was very easy. Car was collected within the timeframe and delivered soon after work was completed. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

while the mechanic was friendly;
1) called the morning of the appointment to rebook, which i did not agree to .
2) promised correspondent to let me know how the work was going but i received none.
3) though he was a local dealer, but my car went down by 1/4 tank which i did not expect in 1 day.
4) told him i need the car at 4. when the time was close and after not contact, i had to call him. he explained he is just approaching the motor way suggested he did not consider when my request.
5) told him, i needed my car back by end of work at 4 but no communication was received after i did not see him back at 4:00pm.
6) call him twice after 4:00pm and he then refused to pick up. he should up with my car 48 minutes later. Read more
