Norman my mechanic for the day was a great help, I thought I had booked an MOT and Interim Service through the online booking system, unfortunately as it was my first time booking with ClickMechanic, and not being too sure if I had entered the information correctly, unfortunately I had only booked for an Interim Service, my fault. This was not a problem, Norman sorted it all out for me, I received a first rate service, no waiting about, the car was taken from my home and returned fully serviced and MOT'd, very professional, with great customer service.

Noman did a great job. Arrived and collected our Skoda Yeti as arranged. Clutch and flywheel changed ,car was delivered next day back to our house. Car now drives lovely, didn't realise how bad the old original clutch was.! Polite, courteous and good price. Highly recommended
