Didn't actually meet the mechanic but the driver who picked up the car was punctual and polite.. Timing belt and spark plugs were replaced and car was returned the same day and everything is fine.

He had the worst experience with your company. If Joanne is a real person you will be able to see on her emails the experience I’ve had using your company

You made me give my car to a complete stranger and they took it and returned it with zero petrol in the tank. I would have put petrol in and paid for it at any point but they returned it on zero which is not acceptable.

Joanne or whichever computer is emailing me was very rude repeatedly and made the experience not good throughout and afterward.

Your system needs looking at - when I go to use the help feature or chat it puts me through to this other company, it says it’s your website and click mechanic but the only people messaging on there are “Auto pro mechanic” also you don’t have a phone number so the only people to call about anything are them

Ultimately this was awful experience, you made me give my car to another company without telling me. I have no idea if they fixed my brake pads. I know they drive my car to me and left it on zero petrol without telling me when they dropped it off.
