I am unfortunately not able to confirm the work as its not been possible to look at it. But the feedback I have been provided with gives me a secure knowledge that everything has been completed to a high standard.

Auto Pro Manager - very affable, was able to articulate and confirm work to be carried out from pre-inspection. Diagnosed one of the items from the quote could be removed as exhaust did not need to be fixed or replaced thus reducing my costs (brilliant).

Unfortunately, the problem with my car was not fixed (engine overheating). I would have thought the mechanic would run a diagnostic to identify the fault and repair it but they informed me that because I said it was the thermostat they changed the parts. I am not a mechanic and left it to them as the experts to advise me accordingly and if it was another issue would contact me so i could affirm the right job is done but that did not happen and instead they changed a part that did not require replacement then informed me they they can do the job to fix the water pump which they think is the issue and can do it directly with them. So essentially, I spent 336 pounds for nothing! I feel I have been robbed and very upset by this bad experience. Read more

Mechanic seemed ok but your company poor


My car YG59MRU was returned to me this afternoon.
I see you have deducted funds from my account being the pre-agreed lumpsum amount, plus £70 tow charges.
I am unhappy about this because when making the booking , I ticked the box that car could not be driven.
On receiving the booking you did not tell me about this £70. Were you to have done so, I would have given the job elsewhere.

If I had known before this morning about this £70, I could have arranged a tow myself.
I am a 71 year old pensioner and cannot accept this extra costs
Can you please credit this £70 to my account
