You’re mechanic( sorry can’t remember his name) was friendly and professional, took our car away for a couple of hours, sorted our problems and brought it back.

While the person that collected my car was very friendly and polite, the issue with my car still exists. I have spent years trying to get my engine light off on my vw golf. It had diagnostics check done (not by the garage that did the repair) I was told it was required a new EGR valve. This has been changed however the light is still on. The manager returned my vehicle and said the light went out but came back on as was the case when he returned it. So not unhappy with the work done but disappointed that this problem still exists. Very little communication from the garage, none from the mechanic. I actually assumed that I would have a mobile mechanic as at least I would have been able to communicate the issues directly. Muhammad was very punctual, to collect my car. He supported with a full car service, MOT and changed all my wipers on the vehicle. Returned my car on the same day after a few hours and communicated often sharing updates and drop off times.

I had a service and MOT done by Autopro. They arrived within the timeslot and returned the car around the time they said they would. They changed one of the car's lightbulbs for free which was much appreciated.

I am happy with the job and the timing was great. My picked up at my work place, returned in time with my brake disc and pad fix. Thumbs up
