Pickup driver arrived within the timeframe however I received no communication after, ended up having to call 6 hours later to ask for an update and when I can expect my car back, little bit anxiety inducing to have no communication at all.
Guy who dropped it back just gave me the key and left, not the most welcoming or reassuring of experiences but as far as I can tell the new clutch is fine, there’s a strong smell of smoke in the car which I’m hoping will fade after ‘breaking in’ the clutch as google suggests.

The Auto-pro mechanic was very friendly and explained everything to me well. Unfortunately the fault didn’t appear during his visit so he said if it happens again I must get a belt changed but it all looks fine for now. He was 15 minutes later than the end of the time slot with no updated comms and was only with me for 5 minutes so I was hoping for a slightly better resolution

Excellent job done 10/10, will definitely use again for any repairs that need doing.

The job on my breaks was done to a good standard but if you’re going to take a customer cars make sure you done smoke in the car or when the windows are down because my seats and ac ventilation now reeks of cigarette smell which is just nauseas specially for someone who doesn’t let people smoke in the car.

To be fair, everyone I spoke with was polite. However, my satisfaction with the work remains undetermined, as an unexpected issue has now emerged. The explanation I was given is unacceptable, as the supposed cause has never previously resulted in my vehicle’s front and rear lights turning on and off. This is frustrating and concerning, and I expect a proper resolution.
