Car was picked up at 9.30. No idea who the mechanic was, only going to a garage called Auto Pro. Knew my car was going for MOT but wasn’t told where till after and thought the service was being done at my house. Car was gone for over six and half hours . The rocket cover gasket has a leak but they didn’t have time to do it

We would like to clarify a few points. Your car was picked up within the scheduled booking slot of 8 to 10 a.m., as agreed. You were booked in with Auto Pro, where we have multiple mechanics handling various jobs. The details of the garage address and contact number were provided to you by ClickMechanic via email prior to the appointment.
The service you booked included both an MOT and a full service, which, by necessity, had to be completed at the garage. We do not offer mobile mechanic services, and the car needed to go to the MOT station regardless. It would not have been practical to do the MOT at the garage and the service at your home, as both are typically handled together at the garage.
Regarding the rocker cover gasket, we detected the leak and informed you of it. The initial booking was solely for the MOT and full service, and additional work on the leak would have required a separate appointment. If you would like to have this addressed, please feel free to contact us, and we can schedule it for you.
