Picked up on time and back before 4.30pm. we had a full service , adjusted handbrake and an MOT

Mohamed who collected my car was very friendly and was punctual. He collected my car at 09:30 and dropped it back at 15:15. I had a major service & MOT done. Happy with the service.

Pick up collection and drop off were simple and easy. The mechanic called me when he arrived within the time window initially and then gave me a call when he was on his way to me for drop off.

The garage gave me options for better quality parts and were transparent on the quoting.

The garage was very fast and professional with all replies to my questions.

Overall work seems great, a very convenient service with a very good price!

They were on time and quick, returning my car within a few hours. Courteous and excellent service on pick-up and delivery. My only quibble is that following the change of brake discs and pads the affected wheels were left incredibly dirty, much dirtier than they were going into the garage. That's nothing major though.

Extremely polite and welcoming, did the job! Too early to say everything complete well yet but nothing otherwise to say so far.

After 24hrs, receiving car too early for depth review. So far 8/10 missing 2 because the drive just noticeably different.

The mechanic was very nice just one problem when I gave my bank details it read that no money would be taken until the work was completed while we were waiting to find out what was wrong I checked my bank and £331 /14 was takenalready for a clutch replacement which on inspection it did not need just a cable adjustment when the car was bought back I got a e mail billing me for the work &129/98 looked and straight away it was taken from my account fair enough but when am I going to get the £331 /14 back.
