Excellent service, booked my daughter's car for diagnostic test for engine warning light, full service and MOT.
She lives in London I live in North Wales so using clickmechanic.com was a God send.
The mechanic from AUTO PRO collected the car on time, took it away, fixed it and brought it back, no problems, no issues, no stress.
The engine warning light was a simple problem a brake light bulb that Auto Pro replaced at no extra charge that was a really nice gesture that they didn't have to do.
Sent pictures of the replaced parts without being asked, that helped for peace of mind.

I would definitely recommend Auto Pro.

Arrived 1 hour late and didn't even consider calling me to say he was going to be late.
Car was returned to me 3 hours late without any information about diagnostic.
When I queried this morning, I was told that the mechanic would send a report, but instead I got a quote only. Please let me know how I can request a refund.

I am very happy with the work that was carried out on my car. Tom came to collect my car and advised that the works would be completed by 2 pm. The works completed on time and my car was returned to me shortly afterwards.

Everything was quick and all the job was perfectly done I asked for :)
They arrived in the time slot I booked for and brought my car back in the perfect time.

Poor in every sense of the word. Bad workmanship, neglected my car and took 24 hours longer than stated. These are a borderline scam garage
