Due to past experiences, I was beginning to believe that good honest garages don’t exist but SMS autocare were absolutely amazing! A1 service, from Kelvin who collected and delivered the car, Steve who kept me informed every step of the way and Jon who carried out the service. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of mechanics. They come highly recommended and will definitely be using their services again.

My car was picked up in the time I was told with all COVID protocols being observed. I had a phone call from Jon asking me a couple of questions to clarify a couple of points (probably me being a bit dense on the website), my invoice went down because of this call! My car was then returned to my house with all the work done to my complete satisfaction with again respect of COVID.

Shane was brilliant, turned up when expected and immediately got to work on the car. Having seen where the starter motor was located on my car, I had my fears that this wouldn't be able to be done without being put on a ramp. Shane had everything he needed to do the job and despite it being a bit of a tricky job, he did it well under the time period given.

Yet again a seamless process end to end. Driver turned up on time to pick the car up, was courteous and respectful of covid. Mechanic called to provide MOT outcome and that work was complete. Car dropped off at home an hour or so later. No surprises.
