The guys at SMS Autocare are great - punctual, diligent and talented. My car was sent in for a service and MOT, but needed extra work done. Jon and the team let me know what needed to be done, and was able to fit in the extra repairs that day, returning my car to me promptly. Really impressed!

Fantastic service from Jon and his team. Text them on a Sunday evening to confirm collection of my car, replied very quickly. Phil the driver turned up on time, took the car to the garage, repairs were done accordingly and dropped the car back a few hours later. Great work and no issues so far. Will be using SMS autocare going forward.

Jon and the guys at SMS auto care are the real MVPs (not all heroes wear capes). The customer service, quality of the job, punctuality & communication was next level. I have previously paid through the nose countless times at main dealers and never have I had such a pleasant experience as this one. No extra work was tried to be snuck in, I was advised about my rear brake pads but told they still had 6-10k miles left (main dealers would insist on changing) Would 100% recommend, and will be booking all future work with them!
