Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly, he arrived a little later than scheduled but i accept delays happen with traffic and previous overrun jobs,

He was very helpful and honest as i thought it was my front brake pads were low (merc warning does not specify front or back) but it was in-fact my back brake pads, this was no problem for Brandon - he even went to the local parts store and picked up the back brake pads for me with no extra charges! Brandon completed works very quickly and to a good standard, reset warning lights and also gave my car a quick once over to make sure all my brake discs were still good.
