Brandon visited on 21st Oct to fit new brake discs and pads and was great. He had difficulties locating the required parts, so rang to say he'd be late (no problem at all). When he arrived, he quickly discovered that he'd been given the WRONG parts, but without hesitation, he went straight back to the supplier to exchange them. Once he had them, he was able to very quickly and efficiently do the fitting and seemed unperturbed that he was now running about 2 hours late!! He was very polite and courteous throughout, nothing seemed too much trouble, and the finished job is perfectly satisfactory as I have done over 100 miles today with no issues.
