Brandon was brilliant. On the day he was clearly very busy but ensured the car was collected at the correct time by arranging for a colleague to pick it up. He phoned in advance to advise of this. The service and MOT were very thorough, the report was really helpful in identifying a few bits that are ok now but will need work in the future.
Unfortunately the car had a small oil leak a s a part failed (not Brandon's fault at all). I contacted him and he apologised immediately (great customer service attitude). He came back the next day, fixed the problem and checked the car over before leaving He asked me to confirm the problem was resolved or he would return and fix it. That wasn't necessary as the leak is fixed.

Brandon got stuck at the bridge due to an accident but updated me frequently on his ETA, even though it was late in the day and getting dark he still came and completed the job. He had all the right equipment and was very polite. Completed the job and knew exactly what he was doing: advised me on are things that I needed to do such as change my tyre and how long I had left on my break pads!
