Brandon was very pleasant and polite. He explained what he would do regarding the pre purchase inspection and during the course of it pointed out anything which he considered might need future attention and took photographs which together with the report I now have.

Brandon surpassed my expectations. He attended early and conducted the full inspection. He called to advise the limited concerns he had and to give a fairly detailed assessment. He answered my various queries and explained terminology I was unfamiliar with. He is an excellent communicator so I felt at ease. The seller also said he handled the inspection with customer care, respectful, and professional at all times. 5stars

Brandon also helped with an extra job. Would be more than happy to have him carry out work again .
