Excellent service, thankyou, polite and professional

Simon was friendly and a good communicator.

The work was done a day later than the scheduled date of 18 Oct due to the belt not being available from the supplier on Weds morning. Simon texted me to let me know the problem in good time and we stayed in contact to fit the job in on Thurs 19 Oct around my commitments and his job schedule.

Simon changed the belt at about 14.15 on Thurs 18 Oct and it took him just 10 Mins! Excellent!
