Excellent job. The part that needed to be replaced was difficult to get at and badly corroded. It broke when the mechanic tried to get it out, and as the time was up he had to leave to attend his next call, but he came back the next day and finished the job.

The mechanic was fine. However, I had to chase for the work, and when mechanic called me on the Monday the work was scheduled for he told me that he couldn't do the work until the following day after all. The work is good as far as I can tell but the colour of the wing mirror cover is black, not silver, and it was not possible the put the old silver wing mirror cover back on because of different fixings. For over £150 and an inexpensive part I would have expected a colour match.

Very happy - car sorted without the annoying visit to the local garage which needs two people and two cars to take/pick-up again - so easy!

Simon was very quick, no fuss or problems. He was a couple of minutes overdue on the appointment slot, but considering it only took him 15 minutes to replace the battery it was no problem.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the work. Gave good advice on other issues not covered by the repair.
