Nissan X-Trail Car Won't Start Inspection

Booked diagnosis check for starting issues with my car. On arrival jump starter used to start the car and advised new battery needed 10minute appointment. New battery purchased locally and charging system check carried out which resulted in the alternator being the issue. Not impressed.

Hi Mathew,
I’m sorry that you feel this way however we are confident we did everything correct in this situation. Unfortunately we’ve also noticed that over six reviews on trust pilot you always leave the same negative feedback, so where still confused why you continue to use this service or if it’s more of a tactic for refunds.
As we say we used a battery tester and jump pack, the car started up. We advised you the alternator could be a possible fault, you chose to carry out your own diagnoses and tell me ‘you know it’s not the alternator as you had a brand new one fit last year’. At this point you clearly didn’t need us to be there seen as though your level of expertise out weighs ours.
Again your issue here seems that it should be more so against the company who fit your alternator and not us.
We travelled 40 minutes to carry out your diagnoses and it seems obvious you are after a refund, but given the situation we will not be carrying out this request at this time.
Over 125 bookings and we have never had a bad review yet this time we have and it comes from someone who has never left a good review for any company on trust pilot and always asking for refunds. Maybe learn to support the small local company’s rather than tarnish them in a desperate bid to get your money back.
