Dylan came on time and did the job that I'd paid for...nice guy. A couple of day I called him back for a different problem...he diagnosed the problem buy didn't charge me...not many people do something for nothing...he's a credit to the motor industry...Thanks Dylan keep up the good work.

I think the whole thing was a bit of a con. Mechanic was friendly and helpful enough but the problem was he didn't clean my DPF, which was the job. Turned up and said 'you can't clean the DPF's on VW's because the turbo is too close to the DPF. Why accept the job knowing what I asked for couldn't be done?

£100 call out charge, still have a clogged DPF.
