More than happy with Dylan who was very friendly and knowledgeable about what the diagnosis had told him was the possible fault and rectification. Confirmed with Dylan that I want to go ahead with the purchasing of the part for repair so awaiting a call this evening to proceed.

Arrived on time did his work very efficiently and was great to be able to sit and watch TV and enjoy a cup of tea while the work was done definitely will use him again when I require work doing
