Got to the cause of the problem quickly. Offered to come earlier than the time slot on a weekend which was very helpful. Friendly guy that clearly knows his stuff. Thanks.

Was with me just over an hour, couldn't remove starter, told me the top bolt was threaded and couldn't be removed.
I changed the starter myself the following weekend, top bolt came straight out, job took me 45 minutes start to finish.
