Billy went above and beyond the call of duty. Knowledgeable, patient and thorough.

Billy quickly diagnosed the problem on the car to a misfire on cylinder 2 and the repair/ new parts required.

William (Billy). was great. He changed the timing belt and water pump on my car he took time and explained to me the work he was doing, and pointed out other work my car might need that I didn't know about. Also did a good job of cleaning up after the job was finished.

The work was carried out yesterday so time will tell if his work was good but I ran the car this morning and it ran very well so at the moment I can't fault his work.

If I had one very small problem is that the work was supposed to be carried out on Monday at 9am. Someone crashed into Billy's work van and so he phoned me close to 10am to let me know what had happened. I thought he would be out later that day so I took the rest of the day off work. After half past two I phoned him for an update and he told me he wouldn't be out that day but would come out on Tuesday. It would have been nice to have had a phone call in the afternoon instead of me having to chase him up but I can understand the stress he would have been under.

He said he'd be out at 9am on Tuesday, then texted me at 9am to say he'd be out at 9:30am but didn't show until after 10am.

So disappointed with his punctuality and communication but he's a nice, friendly guy with good knowledge and hopefully his work will do him credit.
