Billy was friendly and explained the issue that required repair. He went out of his way to ensure the correct parts were sourced and fitted. Whilst he had initial difficulties, he ensured that the repair was completed to his full satisfaction.

William diagnosed the issue with the van and explained a few problems we had with it and what we could do going forward.
