William was on time and very thorough. Work completed quicker than expected

Very knowledgeable and quick in terms of what he does. I am very happy with his work but only one thing he lacks in is communications.
His communication skills are very poor if he can overcome on that side then no doubt he is THE BEST.

william was perfect. epic. i was extremely impressed by the whole experience.
this was my first time using the clickmechanic service & i won't hesitate to use it again in future. the only slight niggle was that i mucked up the booking process, having intended to book someone with EV experience...but william was prompt, friendly, efficient & gave me peace of mind that my car is perfectly safe to drive.
